Celebrating 25+ Years
TEAM Engineering & Management, Inc. (TEAM) was founded in 1987 in Bishop, California, and has served clients consistently for more than 35 years. TEAM, centrally located in the Eastern Sierra, has assisted clients by collaboratively resolving complex social, economic, and environmental issues. Having worked on more than 350 diverse projects for over 160 clients, TEAM has resolved complex regulatory compliance challenges, natural resource, and technical issues, and met monitoring and reporting requirements for our clients. As a long-established professional firm, we also serve as trusted advisers to select clients. During our 35 years, we have established a reputation for responding to our client’s needs by providing high-caliber professional services in a timely and cost-effective manner. TEAM is a woman-owned, California-certified small business.
One founding principle of TEAM is to provide high-caliber professional services to select clients. Our professional staff consists of engineers, environmental scientists, geologists, hydrographers, and a biologist. Our approach to serving clients is based on the following key principles:
In more than 35 years of supporting clients, TEAM has successfully submitted, on time, hundreds of reports, permit applications, and plans required by various regulatory agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. We have a proven track record in meeting project schedules, deadlines, and budgets. Defining a clear scope of work, communicating clearly with clients and regulators, implementing cost-saving technical and management strategies, and producing high-quality deliverables are all recognized as hallmarks of TEAM. Although a majority of our clients are private entities, our noted professionalism has led public entities to retain TEAM for objective, third-party services. TEAM staff has served as Special Master to the Superior Court of California, have performed third-party groundwater hydrography services to Inyo County Water Department, have served Mono and Inyo counties and Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board, and assisted the Los Angeles Department of Water Power on CEQA projects. TEAM has also provided long-term environmental services to Inyo and Mono counties’ largest private companies, as well as numerous smaller entities.
